Children’s toys and Vision.

This is essential because every visible thing that has been created started out as a creation in someone’s mind. The first creation is always invisible. It’s the second creation that incarnates the invisible creation in the visible world. Without the first creation, there can be no second creation.

The first creation happens when we dream and develop visions.

For example, even children’s toys such as LEGO use the concept of first and second creation when they put pictures of product features on the box. A picture on the box represents an image or a future vision. It is what can become.

Even with clear images (vision) on the box, these toys often come as hundreds of pieces. The route to the final product isn’t always clear cut or spelled out. This teaches the importance of considering alternative paths to achieving the desired result. Children can experiment on how to get to the desired result.

Even with a few missing pieces, creative people can still reach their goals.

Children who succeed in achieving their vision are those who are patient, relentless, and not quick to get angry and quit. They are the kids who can keep a cool head and stay calm in the face of an impasse so that they can think of creative ways to overcome. They are children with a growth mindset. Those with a fixed mindset quit and never achieve their vision.

Great leadership is simple but not easy.

Great leadership always starts with a vision. Don’t do anything meaningful without first starting with a clear vision.
