We have allowed the food industry to make and sell proceed foods that cause us to be fat, tired, depressed, and sick. It’s time to take back our health. And the way to do that is through the food we eat. To fight back, I encourage all my patients to start making the food they eat.

He holds two doctorate degrees: the first is in medicine and the second is in spiritual formation.
